We require all Home Information Packs to be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Your HIP can be paid for by cash, cheque or debit or credit card, or by deferred credit.
Deferred credit costs more; however it allows you to postpone paying for your HIP:

• Until you sell your property,
• take your property off the market,
• or in nine months, which ever occurs first.
  

Please note that deferred credit adds approximately £50 to the cost of your HIP, and a transaction fee may apply at the time your application is approved. Close Payment Services provide the deferred credit facility and requires your full bank details and a valid credit or debit card. Applications can be by post or online and we are happy to assist you.

A Home Information Pack is unique to your property, and from the moment we accept your instruction we start purchasing reports and expending our time and resources putting together the best HIP on the market.

As we start spending on your HIP immediately, a HIP may not be cancelled and refunded in whole or in part after your instruction and payment is accepted. All HIP sales should be considered final.

Before you purchase your Home Information Pack, you should be absolutely certain that you intend to market your home for sale and confirm that you wish to purchase a HIP for that purpose.
